You will notice in many of these images the lighting equipment is suspended, the ceiling height in the typical ballroom fairly low, which necessitates using floor supported lighting positions such as; truss towers, arches, booms and floor mounts. Monochromatic Changes

The following images are of the same ballroom during the same event and demonstrate that changes to a monochromatic color wash can have a dramatic impact on the look and feel of an event.

Blue Rooms

The Blue Room images are representational of the many different ways blue and purple can be used to create moods evoking night and winter. The addition of simple snowflake templates, accents of white and purple light add depth and texture to a blue field.

    

Variations on Blue

Blue can also be mixed with magenta and other warm accent colors to produce a fire and ice theme.
Purple alone can be evoke the night.. a bit more steamy however.

    

Disco Night Themes

Mirror Balls, bright color, and movement evoke the essence of the nostalgic disco era.
