According to Andrew Boucher, a Senior Project Manager at High Output, “It was in the 80s & 90s during load-in and on event day. With the use of our multiple HVAC trailers we were able to drop the temperature inside the tent by about 20 degrees to make it comfortable. The event took place on a working construction site which added additional safety concerns and extra precautions. There was dust everywhere!"

"We set up two 9' x 12' RP truss frame rear projection screens and Eiki 6500 lumen projectors. Our video content sources were PowerPoint, DVCam and an IMAG via a Sony 530 Series camera using a 77X sports lens complete with a CCU kit. The entire event was also shot on DVCam cameras and recorded for archival purposes on redundant DVCam decks," he went on to say.
